Julie Nathanson Counselling & Psychotherapy

My name is Julie (she/her/hers) and I am a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, trainee psychotherapist and registered member of BACP. I run a private practice in Hampton, Twickenham.

I offer face-to-face sessions with clients from Kingston-upon-Thames, Wimbledon, Epsom, and the wider Surrey and Greater London area, as well as online sessions.
 

I am warm, empathetic and open; I offer a non-judgemental, supportive, confidential space for you to bring any needs or concerns, no matter how small. You may perhaps be feeling stuck, numb, empty;  maybe stressed, confused, down, unable to cope or generally not like yourself. You may not be sure about why you are coming to see me, but just know that things are not okay in your life. You may have spiritual or existential questions you want to engage with. Whatever painful feelings or experiences you are bringing, I will support you to explore what is causing your difficulties. Therapy can help to create movement and shifts that did not previously feel present or possible.

I work with anybody experiencing mental health issues or mental distress.
